It is important for children to learn how to read and construct graphs. Graphs are a
representation of information that communicate points in a clear and easy to understand way.. It
is important to learn how to read graphs in order to make sense of the world we live in. The
lower maths groups will be introduced to different types of graphs, plotting and describing x-y
data on a graph, constructing meaningful plots and reading and interpreting data from plots. No
prior knowledge needed for this class.
