We can’t wait to meet you here at Spiritus, so do email Jacqui O’Connell and arrange to visit us at 245 Hammersmith Road, W6 8PW. We will show you around our amazing space and have a chat about your needs and expectations.
Following your visit, choose your trial day from our timetable and book your young person in. We will assess them throughout the day, which allows us to understand their ability and what class to place them in.
If everyone is happy, you are free to book your young person onto any days/individual session you wish to.
IMPORTANT
Print off and complete our Enrolment Form and bring this with you on your first day, along with your joining fee of £20. We also ask that you download and print our Guidelines for Young People Attending Spiritus and for your information please download, print & keep our Important Information for Parents.
Your joining fee can be paid via bank transfer if you prefer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Fees for each class and workshop are to be paid by credit/debit card via our Pembee booking system.
Alternatively, you can pay by card or cash at Spiritus, please contact Jacqui O’Connell or Keira Forkin if this is your preferred payment method. We can also put a payment plan in place if you wish to book for the whole term.
ADDITIONAL MATERIAL & BOOK FEES
We will always email you with the details of the cost of any additional books or materials that may be needed for our classes or workshops. In some cases, we will include an Amazon product link in the description and ask you to purchase the product directly.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE & PARENTS
We ask you to print off and read these Guidelines for Young People Attending Spiritus with your Young Person so they are aware of what is expected from them when they attend Spiritus. Please keep them somewhere visible at home.

REFUNDS POLICY

| Session missed by Teacher | Refund on request if a substitute is not scheduled or a make-up is not scheduled |
| Learner removed from class | No Refund |
| Materials or Text Purchased from Spiritus | Full refund if returned unused on or before the day of the first class meeting |
| Classes dropped before the start of the term ( 5 days notice) will receive a full refund. |
| Classes dropped after the first day of the term and within the two-week drop period will receive a partial refund – minus the workshops attended plus a £10 admin fee. |
| Classes dropped after the two-week drop period will receive no refund. |
