Young people will be told when they are ready to study for Advanced Maths.

We believe that learning can be made interesting by blending subjects together. This approach enables young people to gain a better understanding of how the topics connect together. The first programme of study will cover India, Pakistan, the Ancient Indus River and Civilisation. This will bring in the five subjects of Science, History, Geography, Art, English and Maths. The workshops will be delivered by Belle and Jodi, who are very experienced in these topics.

This is a 12-week course run by Stuart Mackenzie, who is a former leader of Lyric Hammersmith’s Acting Up and Comedy Club. He has extensive experience of directing and teaching and we are privileged to have him working with us. During the course the young people will: learn how to devise, script and co-produce short films scout locations design costumes The course will culminate in the young people producing their own films and these will be screened in the summer showcase.
