Besides their traditional use for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, to relieve pain in the joints, muscles and shoulders, to ease pain related to sciatica, the digestive system, headaches and migraine or spine injuries, to improve circulation, release tension. During a sound bath, the body may undergo many shifts including heightened awareness, sharper intuition, and increased energy. During the energy shifts that occur after a sound bath, it's important to get plenty of rest and drink a lot of water.

Language Cafe 1030-1130 Here we will work on languages using our Young Peoples knowledge on language. Using cards to work on basic words to know when you visit another country. We will have teachers along the way. When you step into the cafe space you HAVE to use the language set for the day. As weeks go on we will visit particular restaurants when we have a good knowledge of their language for lunch. Cooking session with Lana. The first time your young person attends they will be shown how to use the equipment safely. Fixed machines and Cardiovascular Machines only. James (instructor) will be there to motivate them and get them using their bodies to their full potential which will create a great muscle memory to go into adulthood with and will show them how to use everything safely and efficiently for the body. You can collect from Westway Fitness Centre at 3pm or at 245 Hammersmith Road at 330pm  You need to tell us when you drop off. There is a great cafe on site to use, wifi access, sofa area, even exercise yourself :) if you want to wait.

Science Show: A Disastrous Day at the Movies Dan loves 90s movies, particularly those full of disasters. Join Dan as we explore some of the surprising science behind some natural, and some not so natural, disasters. Volcanoes, earthquakes, and tornadoes all get a look in, and maybe even some alien visitors as we see what’s fact and what’s fiction. In this live interactive show Dan, and some volunteers, will explore some of the lesser known elements of these disasters and give you some ideas you can try at home, and a few you can’t!   Siblings can come for free
